“I don’t know how to go out.” A real problem, hiding a second meaning. Sometimes the idea is already in the language.
See the double meaning become a film ↗︎A familiar format gets interesting when something doesn’t belong. Like military equipment inside a “what’s in my bag” video.
See the format, recast ↗︎Sometimes it needs a film crew. Sometimes the job ad is the campaign. We work out where the idea belongs before deciding what to make.
See a hiring need become the launch ↗︎The casting, the awkward pause, the cut before the reveal. Production decisions are creative decisions. We stay with the idea through the final delivery.

Creative concept, campaign direction and production. For the commercial you want people to remember after the media spend stops.
Talk about a campaign ↗︎Ongoing creative and social production. A recognisable point of view, repeatable formats and fresh reasons to keep watching.
Talk about ongoing creative ↗︎The network.
Kurious works with a network of independent creatives, directors and production collaborators across Athens. We assemble around the idea rather than staffing it from whoever happens to be free.

This was supposed to be a job ad.MoodLaunch campaignWork by our founder and collaborators, including projects developed at Mood. Brand context and individual credits belong with each story.
A job ad gets attention on its own. So instead of just publishing it, we used it as our first campaign.

We wanted to create buzz. Not another post that would disappear into the feed. The first thought was to make a meme page. An account that spoke like a person rather than a brand.
The hard part wasn’t the content. It was the first spark. Nobody gets excited about a brand-new page. But almost everyone stops for a strange job ad.
And we were looking for someone anyway. So why not do both at once? We used a real business need as a campaign.
We posted a completely unhinged job ad. It was real. But it was written to feel more like content than HR. The job ad effectively became the meme page’s launch.
The ad brought in lots of CVs. Lots of messages came in. The first posts got their initial boost. And the page started with people already talking about it.
In the end, we didn’t hire someone from outside. An intern took over the account.
Context
Mood. Buzz campaign to launch a meme page.
